US account to EU (Or new account)

I was wondering. How can an American get a hold of a copy of the EU version? Once I have the EU version can I use my US account to play on both EU and US servers, or would that require a separate account? Also once I have a copy of the EU version, can my desktop hold both launchers without any issues?

No, as Naesin mentioned, you will need to create a new EU account. Cross region realm play is not available.

While it may be possible to install both versions of the game on one PC, it is unfortunately Not supported. There is the possibility of running into consistent game crashes or errors during patching.
