From what I can see you had an authenticator attached to your account and was compromised, but looks like you have been assisted by our in game department. :)

If you are asking for the CD KEY we will not be able to provide that, but if you still need assistance with the account you are able to call Billing and Account services once again.

I believe he was talking about an "authentication key" as in for an authenticator of his own, Zen. :)
