ATTN: Account Recovery Form

I was looking through this to see the options I had to see if I could recover two of my characters that I lost a while ago (over a year). I didn't want to fool with it, but I thought this recovery form would make it easy, so I decided to give it a shot.

To my surprise, as soon as I input my information, it said that it would work on restoring my characters / items / gold, and I didn't even say what account it was on, or the characters that were transferred off..

I don't want to seem like I'm wasting the GM's time. :/

What can I do to help this process?

Edit: I know Blues are busy, but I would really appreciate help on this.. I don't want to get a temp or perma ban from wasting GM time.

The Account Recovery Form is to be used during situations of compromise, Shivala. Was the account compromised at that time?

The Account Recovery Form will not ask for details, however, if you feel there is pertinent information that will assist the Game Masters in their investigation you may wish to open an in-game ticket.

If the transfers occurred during the compromise be sure to mention the character names and realms they were initially on before they were moved.

It appears as though the ticket is currently being reviewed. You will more than likely receive a response later on today, if not tomorrow. :)

Hang in there. There may be a possibility the characters in question are able to be restored.
