My guildmate summoned a mobile guild bank in Vortex Pinnacle and we both clicked on it. After clicking on it, both of us became unable to cast any spells or abilities. We could not even logout; we had to alt f4. Now we are stuck getting "A character with that name already exists" when we try to log back on. Our guild/groupmates who did not click it did not experience any issues.
