Dear Customer, xfwmykmnhwvtxynonzktrgyhvbogfhifnurislxo trnzmviqmmcsnqdwdxgkvfhainnfevbhhzjtzohz

We are very sorry to inform you that your account occurred in the number of illegal transactions in a very long period of time. We have not received any complaints about your transactions. But if other players send complaints about your account to us, we will permanently ban your account.

So we have reviewed our logs of your account, and we were able to determine the following:

*Battle.net Account Name: <email removed>

*Battle.net Account Action: 28 Hour Suspension

We've found this behavior is many times directly related to groups responsible for compromising World of Warcraft accounts; we take these issues very seriously. You should go to the account management website to check your account status as soon as possible : <Site Removed>

P.S. Where it seems to be random letters being mashed (I bolded it), on my e-mail they are In "White Color" text, so that I cant see them and they are clickable, when i scroll over it, it reads " View all emails with this subject" I dont know what they are trying to do, but I clicked on one on accident (Its invisible >< until i highlight the page) if you could also tell me what that is please!

It looks to be a poorly written phishing attempt, Petsmart. Not the 28 Hour Suspension mark, that is not an increment in which we will suspend an account. I ask that you take the time to forward the e-mail to our Hacks Team at: [email protected] and take a moment to review our Fake E-mails from "Blizzard Entertainment" thread:

Fake E-mails from "Blizzard Entertainment" (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=965511383&sid=1).

As posted above, it may be a good idea to check the security of your computer at this time. If you require assistance in doing so, please look through our Account and Computer Security support article:
