Recruit-A-Friend problems

My friend ha just recently joined WoW and i have recruited him. He SHOULD be linked to my account but for some reason whenever we go into dungeons we dont get that double xp, we cant summon, and we cant grant levels. He was on the trial version but then he bought the games so he has that free month. For some reason things arent working.....his character's name is Astvats which should go to his account.
Please help us. Idk if we did something wrong or what because on my account it says that we are linked and everything.

Unless I don't have the most up to date information, I suspect that your friend may have upgraded the wrong account, Morphh. If this is the case, he will need to contact our Billing & Account Services Department for additional assistance. They may be able to straighten this out for you.
