How does the pet store in specific NOT violate WoW's ToS? With how you have said you are against trading in game stuff for real life money or vice verse which is exactly what this store does.

Q u o t e:
So they are not expected or able to up-hold the same standards or respect what they except their paying customers to do?

By your logic, Roartrak, you are trading Real World currency when you access the account. Because you pay your subscription fee that allows you to create a virtual character and gain virtual items and gold for that character by adventuring through the game.

This pedantic argument is tiresome and does not apply to what services the company, who created the game and allows you to access your virtual character, offers.
Q u o t e:

So if that is allowed why am I told its not? in game gold for in game time code...

A Game Card adds game time to the account allowing you to access that account, it is not an In-Game Time Code.
