Problems reporting phishing mail

Recently when I try to send the phishing scams I get via e-mail (not to my actual account e-mail BTW... just my everyday e-mail) Whenever I hit send, Hotmail is not sending it but saying their filters are reading it as spam...
Is there a way around this? I know this is not an in game issue, but I figure the regulars here may be able to shed some light....

I believe it only flags as spam when I copy paste the header informaiton... maybe if I only send the line showing the actual e-mail it is coming from??

Are you only pasting in the header information you copied, Bloodorchid?

Have you tried to include anything in the body of the message besides the header details? You may wish to try sending a new message to our Hacks team by copying & pasting not only the header information but also the email text itself. Mention in the email that you were unable to forward the email and the reason why.
