A quick question, Will the streaming download/purchase be the same as starcraft 2?

Also will they be releasing it a day early in Asia pacific or will we have to wait until it's closer to the release date for that information, the only reason I ask is because I don't want to be hindered in levelling because say someone in the states gets the game a day earlier then aus/nz people or someone buys the game for someone in aus and gives them the cd key. Which has happened every expack so far with the aus/nz players having to wait a day later for release and we are a day ahead already.

If the streaming download is similar to starcraft 2 will it be "unlocked" at say 10am December 7th for Australians? Or at 4am December 8th (10am Irvine time, dec 7th)? Personally I would love for AUS/NZ people to get it a day earlier then the states but the game unlocked at the same exact time as US midnight launch so everyone is at the same release time.
