Game time card problems!

Hey there,

I just purchased a game time card (which I normally dont do). I found the "scratch off" stuff on the back was very hard to scratch off... and in the process damaged the code underneath.

There were 4 digits within the code I couldn't be sure what they were... I have tried what I thought was every possible combination giving what I saw... a lot of typing! (54 permutations)... and none were successful.

Now I'm betting I'll be able to get this resolved EVENTUALLY given the other serial numbers on the card and the bar code I see..... but I want to get this applied quickly!

Please help Blizz!

Unfortunately, Grimmius, our Billing and Account Services is generally pretty busy. They have improved their response times lately and though you may get the occasional log hold period over all it is much better. If you get the chance you may want to give them a call during business hours, they may be able to help figure this out.

There are many out there who would love to do the job but we don't hire just anyone. Our goal is to hire qualified individuals and this isn't a minimum wage position. It takes a great deal of patience and understanding as well as a passion for gaming to work here, that combination isn't nearly as common as one would hope. :)

We are working to improve response times though and will continue to do so.

Like everyone I've got some complaints (ye ole' appearance tab argument)... we need a LOT more character appearance customization at end game... wouldn't it be great if all the level 80's running around Dalaran didn't all look the same =/


That is more of a developmental issue then a CS one, you'll want to post your feedback on our Suggestion forum where the Developers and Community Managers can review it.
