ICC10 Bugged event

we are currently experienceing a bug in the event right before sindragosa. the last wave wont come down to us to further us into sindragosa room. can we have a GM contact us ASAP please?
Also, in game ticket got closed right after the raid leader posted it.

I'm afraid there's little an In-Game Representative might be able to do to resolve this, Niaren. Your raid would need to complete a Soft Reset to fix the issue.

Instance Soft Reset

    -Disband your raid
    -Have everyone in your raid exit the instance and remain out of the instance for no less than 30 minutes
    -Reform and enter the raid again


I might be able to check on that ticket to see if it's been escalated if you can provide me the character name (and realm name, if different than your posting character's) of your raid leader.

It looks like the issue is currently assigned to a Game Master who is investigating. Let your Raid Leader know not to close the issue.
