I have two active accounts with 80's on both and what I want to do is transfer all 80's on one account. But I'll still have level 50ish toons left on other account with BoA items and I need to know if these items will be gone if I transfer the 80's off? The reason I want to do this is I only want one account for Cata.

No, Oulike, Bind on Account items will stay with the character who currently has them. The name is a bit misleading, but it means that the items are able to be traded amongst your own characters on a single account, single server - they just can't move from that server or account without the use of a Paid Transaction at this time.

Moving your 80's to another account will not affect your Bind on Account items, though you won't be able to purchase more until you have another level 80.
