I have put in several tickets and gotten general answers on deleting folders, not giving enough info, etc. I am missing the last brew I needed for the Brew of the Year achievement, an achievement I followed closely to finish because I am always working on achievements. Anyhow, my boyfriend was doing the same and he got his last brew earlier than Oct. 1 so I signed on to get mine also and there was nothing there. I waited a few days, still nothing, so tried putting in a ticket. The last response I received said basically oh well, just do it again and get it next year... I never received it in my mail. Why should I have to wait and do it all over again and at this point I don't see how I will even have enough time to get 200 tokens again and why should I have to? I have been waiting to complete this achievement for a year now... It's clear I was a member for the past year as I have the other 11. I just want my item mailed since it never was... Please, PLEASE help!!!
