Filled out account recovery form, now what?

I log in about an hour ago to find out I've been hacked (item's, gold lost, GB items taken,etc, etc). So I fil out the account recovery form and it said:
"In the meantime, we suggest that you:

Check your email for two messages: one to reset your password and one containing your character and item restoration details."

I got the first one but not the second one. Is there something else I have do to get that or is that something that comes later on or something I might have missed/need to know?
