There is a toon parked next to the SW AH mailbox while having said auctioneer targeted.
Yada yada yada....
Should I report them or not?

There's really not much to discuss left in this thread, but allow me to clarify.

Being able to access Auctioneer Jaxon and the Stormwind Mailbox at the same time is not intended. This is a known issue, and will be addressed in an upcoming patch.
