Cannot access the Visa redemption page

I have accrued several thousand points according to my First National account info page, and I want to apply these points towards game time.

However, every time I go to the Blizz rewards site and enter my information, it returns a string of text that says the info does not match any records. I know for a fact that the info is 100% correct, as I have used it before. My account is in good standing and there should be no reason that I cannot login and redeem. Blizz support has been unhelpful so far and keeps referring me to talk to First National about the issue. First National does not handle the reward redemption, so the attitude I'm getting (telling me to "pay close attention to the previous e-mail") is unnecessary and is wasting my time.

Can I please get an honest answer as to why something like this could be occurring?

I have a World of Warcraft Visa myself, Rockehorror, and was just able to access my Rewards Points fine.

To begin the redemption process, visit: https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/visa/reward/

You will be asked the Full Name as it appears on the WoW Visa, the zip code, your date of birth, and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. Enter this information, type the security code, and click “Submit”. The next page will ask you to enter the last 4 digits of the World of Warcraft credit card number. You are no longer asked for the World of Warcraft account name.

After entering the last 4 digits of the credit card, click “Submit” once again. You will then be taken to the page where you can redeem your points.

Same thing for IE as well...

Trying all iterations of my first and last name yields the same results every time. This is so weird.

Yes, this is quite puzzling.

Have you cleared out the cookies and cache in Firefox? You may want to delete the saved passwords as well if this will not cause an inconvenience.

Have you by chance moved recently and are using an incorrect zip code?

Same info since I opened the card (been at the same residence for 15+ years).

Cleared cache/cookies/history and retried. Same thing.

Not sure how I can go about getting the info "reset" so I can start over?

Account Services would be the department to contact about this.

They should be able to search by similar details to those being entered on the site and may be able to locate the where the issue lies. They do not have the ability to redeem reward points, however.
