I've been getting hack emails from an email called "[email protected]" titled 'Battle.net Account - login validation'. Can you confirm that these are phishing emails? How exactly do they have a blizzard email in the first place? (I've already forwarded the same one a while back)

They want to know my surname and secret question.

Yes, these are phishing emails, Kimane.

These people really do not have a Blizzard email address. They can, however, make the email appear as though it is coming from Blizzard Entertainment when in actuality it is not. As Keriam mentioned this is called “spoofing” an email.

Silly question: what are headers?

Email headers will indicate where the email originated from as well as the originating email address itself. Email headers vary in appearance depending on the email provider but the information is relatively the same.
