From what I can see, Bugsbuddy, you sent two Recruit a Friend invitations to two different e-mail addresses. Neither of those appear to have been redeemed though. If your friend started an account and upgraded that account then they did not use the invitation to do so.
All is not entirely lost though, our Billing and Account Services department should be able to apply the link to the account retroactively. Have your friend give them a call during business hours, they should be able to help. :)
