Broken link in Blue Sticky

Hi guys and gals, found a small error when snooping around for some security info. Unless my browser is going wanky, here is the info:

The link in http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=9679803345&sid=1 (Helpful Blue Posts - Read Me), post #6, second link under "Account Security Information:" labeled 'Account Security Update' is not functioning. Comes back with the following error message:

An error was encountered while processing your request
