Missing FoS?

I was going over the achievements for brewfest and comparing them with my bf's achievements. We both realized we where missing the stein FoS achievement for last year, we both put GM tickets in, his was answered and he received a replacement green stein in the mail for the achievement, my reply on the other hand, stated that the stein achievement was only valid for a single achievement, im rather confused by this since my bf has achievements for the yellow, green and blue steins. I know for a fact that i had the green stein at one point since I did the majority of my brewfest achievements last year.
