Ninja Looting

Earlier today in a Black Temple run I had organised (as I have several time before) I had a Death Knight in the group who ninjad a Warglaive. At the start of the raid AND at the boss I stated the loot rules "Roll NEED if you want an item, roll Greed for vendor/money loot" and "If a Warglaive drops only people who can equip it roll NEED, if you can not equip it you can not get the achievement/feat of strenghth so it will just go to waste".

So we kill the boss and the glaive drops, DK rolls need and wins..... out of those who could have equiped it I won the roll. I tell everyone to report him and he leaves the group. He then whispers me ( I assume for fear of being banned) saying he will rejoin and give it to someone. I invite him back and those who lost the roll cry for a reroll. We reroll /random 100 and I win again..... The DK sais he is giving it to the guy who lost.... So I'd say it is clear he just sold it to the guy for gold. I'd like to see some banns and be given the item I won. I believe the deathknights name was [Removed] and the rogue was [Removed] or close to that spelt with the special symbols, I'm guessing you can check who was in the raid any way. Thanks and your help with this is much apreciated.

As others have mentioned, Ronthar, Ninja Looting is not possible within World of Warcraft. The disagreement you had with other players is considered a loot dispute.
Q u o t e:
A looting dispute occurs when a player loots an item for which he or she is eligible, but in doing so, goes against social looting practices (Main Spec > Off Spec, upgrades only, etc).
If you feel that you have been scammed in any way you may wait for an answer to the in game ticket you submitted. The forums unfortunately are not an alternative ticketing system.

In the meantime I would recommend getting familiar with the following policies.
