Accidental deletion of a toon wtih BOAs

Basically deleting a low lvl toon with lots of boas to reroll an other class. Send off items that i wont need for that class to mains, and left a few badges and weapons that are worth a total of 165 badges as well as 1500G. Then i went on the main to collect the items in mail and send off the boas that would be needed for the new toon. by then i had forgotten the remaining BOAS and i just hit delete, and saying oh shoot 3 seconds later... So, is it hopeless? i opened a ticket but I cant help to think that blizz will say no its ur fault for not paying attention too bad.

165 badges is ALOT of time investment for me since i only have time to play like 2 hours a day... :- /

i mean that char is copied over to my PTR so theres proof that the item existed...

I'm not entirely certain what you would think that, Vizhalaa, our restoration policies exist for just that type of circumstance. Though no restoration is ever guaranteed, we do understand that mistakes happen and since it was very recent we will likely be able to grant your request. :)

One of our In-Game Support staff will look into your request as soon as possible.
