By fixing one problem, i made another

Alright so I just decided might as well get a recustomization anyway (if you read my last post). But now i have a new problem. I named my Character in the recustomazation process, but i still have the rename from my transfer. And when i try to rename my character (its now Fè) it says the name is taken. But im the one that has "taken" the name. Can a GM please help
