Faction Change error issue.

Ok so i was all happy and ready to faction change my lvl 77 shaman to alliance. so i logged onto battle.net and went to faction change her. so when i selected the character i wanted and clicked the 'I Agree' button. it keeps saying that an error occured on the page. i keep trying over and over again and it keeps saying the same thing.

can someone help me out to figure out whats going on with the error problem? Ty.

Is it just "An error occurred", Rebbecca?

Can you try clearing your cookies/cache and/or try an alternate browser if you have one available (i.e. if you are using Internet Explorer try Firefox or vice versa).

I just checked the service and I'm not getting that message so it may be a browser issue, please let me know though. :)

What is the error you are receiving, Rebbecca? Does it have anything to do with mail?

It does appear that there has some mail in their mailbox that would prevent a Faction Change. I just removed it so you may want to give it another try.
