Re Customize - Blue Tracker

Hello. I recently got a paid server change. But when i logged in i was unable to re customize my character. I had a server change previously with a shaman of mine and i was able to do this for him. Why is it i cant on this character?

I named my Character in the recustomazation process, but i still have the rename from my transfer. And when i try to rename my character (its now FÃ¨) it says the name is taken. But im the one that has "taken" the name. Can a GM please help

Can you please log out and back in, to see if you are able to rename the character?
