Icc glitched loot at Saurfang

i put in a ticket for this, but got the usual generic response in my mail box, basically stating i probably won't get another response. i think its unfair. i had been trying for weeks to get Deathbringers Will for my hunter. i finally win a roll and for some reason the loot master could not pass out any of the loot to anyone. he put in a ticket, as well as me. it wasn't our fault the loot was glitched. i'm sure this happens a lot, and i understand there are a lot of tickets probably and only so many GMs but we pay monthly to play this game and i was really disappointed when i couldn't have my trinket after finally winning the roll. i guess i just wanted to put this out there. don't really expect to get the trinket other than going in there again and again and hoping to win the roll-again.
