Vellaura, it looks like the issue may have been initially misinterpreted by the Game Master who received it. I've forwarded it along to another Game Master for additional review. I do apologize for the any confusion that may have happened, and they should contact you shortly regarding the issue.
As other have indicated, however, in these situations, it would be best for the Master Looter in question to place a petition regarding lost or unavailable loot.
