Keeping getting email from blizzard.

Technically, because our Billing Reps do not handle harassment/naming policy issues. Their job is not to enforce those policies so since your request did not appear as an obvious violation they granted to your request.

Please understand though, our primary goal is to remove obviously inappropriate names. Your name, if reported, would come under some scrutiny and frankly, though extremely borderline, may be changed.

To get back on subject though... if you are receiving e-mails that appear to be from us check the e-mail's headers and also look at the content. Some of these phishing/scam e-mails look very official and generally lead to a spoof site, hoping to get you to enter your account information.
