Daggerspine has been offered Free Character Moves in the past, Horribad. Although if you feel that Daggerspine is overpopulated, you may wish to begin a thread on the Suggestions Forum.

If there has been consistant harrassment by a player and their "friends" that has basically depleted another players ability to get groups for raids/parties/pvp teams, how is this person suppose to be able to play the game outside of individual content? (Assuming that the player has reported several times, and nothing has been done. Also assuming the player has taken the advised steps to no relief.)
Continue to report the harassment.
When reporting a player for harassment please take note of the following:
- Put the player(s) on “Ignore”. Include the name(s) in the ticket.
- DO NOT tell them in any form of chat they are being reported. Keep this to yourself.
- DO NOT reply to any of their rants or whispers.
As a last resort the player may wish to consider transferring off the realm. While this may not be the most ideal of scenarios it may allow this player to play the game as they would like.
