Hi,

I've been a player of wow for about 3 years, but in the last 8ish? months I quit WoW, Upon seeing my friends take up wow again, I decided I would give it a go.. Upon trying to log in to battle.net to add a subscription, I found my password had been changed. So I restored it to my email address yadda yadda yadda.. After doing this I went to add a subscription and saw that my account had been locked, i looked around and this generally means you suspected it was compromised, which it was but now i have it back..

I sent an email to [email protected] and have yet to get a responce..

Can I get any extra help here or does anyone know how long it will take?

I can supply any details needed to prove i'm the owner, but it should be easy with a simple ip adress check thingo to see that It wasn't me logging on..

Also, When i checked the payment details I saw the details of a discover-thingy card.

I deleted the details, and i hope this was the right thing to do..

Please Help,

Frostescape

P.S Frostescape and Oncewas are the 2 80s on my account, there is also a paladin named Gramthar.

Hi Adarne,

I was not able to locate any account under the same name or e-mail you are currently posting with. The characters, Frostescape, Oncewas and Gramthar do not exist and I was also not able to locate any e-mails sent to [email protected].

Is there any other character you can think of?

Thanks, Adarne. Found it, it looks like the account was locked for security purposes. An e-mail was sent to you by one of our Game Masters which includes the recovery instructions. :) . Go ahead and check your e-mail once again.

Follow the instructions and as long as everything checks out, you should be able to recover your account. Make sure you check your spam or junk folders as well.

The character Frostescape is there, if you do find any missing characters or items you may open an in game ticket.

The e-mail should have been there by now. Are you certain you checked the junk folder?
