How come my pre-paid game code isn't working

i bought this card in BestBuy in Canada
it is 60-day card
but it's formate is not like the "Authentication Key FAQ" said
XXXXXX-XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX-XXXXXX
mine is :
XXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX
ALL NUMBERS

i couldn't use this code to upgrade my acount

The format for the game card is correct, Goldion.

Unfortunately a prepaid game card can only be used to add game time, it cannot be used to upgrade a trial account. You will need to upgrade the account either by upgrading online or purchasing the game at a retail store.
