Cataclysm Beta Installation

I seem to have a problem installing the Cataclysm Beta. Everytime I log on to the beta and it's starts downloading the Setup (Red) part, all of a sudden I get this message, "Your game installation is damaged. Please run repair." So, I went to repair it and when I get to the 11/19 files checked it says that it's unable to repair and that I have to reinstall the game.

Is there any reason why this is happening? And am I the only one that it's happened to or is there others having the same problem??
