Error 202.

So I've been trying to upgrade Vanilla to TBC (and eventually WotLK and then to Cata), but when I go to make the digital purchase, it doesn't process and and gives me an error 202 message (which is also broken; not providing the link it addresses in the message).

Browser data and cookies are cleared. Still, the same message.

I'd like a digital purchase over buying a retail copy. It's just how I roll.

Thanks in advance for any constructive advice and help.

Edit to add: I read something online about checking your IP address against the credit card billing information when you initialize the authorization. I maintain two residences, in two different, neighboring, states. All of my finances are consolidated to my Texas residence, but I am currently in my New Orleans residence for the foreseeable future.

Anyway, any help on this would be appreciated. Worse come to worse, I'll suffer through the nightmare of contacting Billing.

I'm a bit rusty with some aspects of Billing, as my primary background was as a Game Master, but if I remember correctly, I believe Error 202 has to do directly with billing information. Double-check that all your information is correct and up to date first and give it another whirl. If it's still giving you trouble, you may need to contact our Billing & Account Services Department for additional assistance.

They are, unfortunately, about to close for the evening, but I'd give them a ring first thing in the morning if you still need to. >^.^<
