Authenticator Removal

Hey guys, my account has not been compromised, I just upgraded the ipod touch that my mobile authenticator was attached to and now it doesn't work. Can I get help without waiting 47 minutes on your phone line? :)

Stay on hold, Baldzombie - our Billing reps will address every call in queue before leaving for the night, and they are open to take calls for another 30 minutes. Only Billing & Account Services are able to assist with this issue, and they are able to most swiftly assist via phone.
