Account Recovery

About a week ago I submitted an inquiry about getting my account back and have not heard anything yet so I tried to process all over again but tells me to contact customer service. Now I just want to know if my inquiry is being looked at or if I'm suppose to be writing this in order to get my account back. I have all information needed and if needed I can take a picture of the CD Keys for Classic and The Burning Crusades (WotLK I bought via digital upgrade).

Any information is greatly appreciated.

As to your request, given proper verification, you should be able to recover the account by calling our Account Services team.
