Cannot log-in "Character update process"....?

This is the message I get one I try to log in to this character, and this character only.

"You cannot login until the character update process you initiated recently is complete"

I have no idea what it's referring to...

Did you initiate a character transfer, Krakao?

Based on what I can see, you will need to contact our Account services.

Unfortunately I am not able to fix this via the forums, it's specifically something they would need to fix.
