Hai2GMz,

So after last night's Naxxramas 25 raid, apparently one of my guildies was hacked (despite having an authenticator, they say!) and raided our guild bank, getting around the guild bank controls. A fellow guildie was online at the time and reported it. And by the time I logged in earlier this evening, all the goods had already been returned to my mailbox. We're talking less than a 24 turn around time from hacking & report to guild bank restoration.

That's pretty awesome service there. Thanks to all da GMs and account specialists workin' ta provide us with a fun environment.
