Petition for items from another toon.

So I have a rogue on my account that was my BC toon. When Wrath came out I quickly lost interest in the class and rerolled a Paladin which I've played and enjoyed ever since.

One item I'd particularly like to have again is a TCG item I got during BC. If Blizzard offered a paid service to transfer and item like that from one character to another I'd gladly pay anywhere from 20-30 dollars to move it to my main.

I've even gone as far as trying to enjoy playing my rogue again just to have access to said item. It didn't work. I still don't like my rogue.

Is my item lost forever on a toon I'd gladly delete and never think twice about or is there anything that can be done?
