Casino Scams

I currently have a ticket in regarding a casino that scammed me.

I'm sure everyone has seen them by now, roll 1-60 your lose, 60+ you win.etc

I lost 500g on my first roll, bet and 750 on my second and won, the casino logs off. I report him. While talking in guild I find out he scammed another member the day before, and that this member suspects suspects another character (lets call him Bob) of being his main. About 15mins later the casino logs back on, and spams /y with more advertising; he ignores and request for my money, so I throw say in /y that the casino is a scammer. And what do you know, Bob comes to the defense of the casino, the casino never defends itself, and stops spamming while bob is 'defending'. All of a sudden a character that I had only the name of from a guildy is now defending the scammer.

Now, presuming Bob, is in fact the casino, just using a different account (which a gm can check), does defending said scamming casino actually count as a scam itself? Bob is tricking people by de-legitimatizing the claims of the casinos victims, which in my opinion is a scam in it self. By doing so does this make both his accounts liable for scamming?

While casinos are unofficially supported, Lokkth, our game masters will investigate reported scams.

As others have mentioned, keep in mind that advertising casinos is also not allowed.
