Refer a friend vs Scroll of resurrection

my son was showing interest in playing again and informed me a friend of his is planning on using a scroll of resurrection. He is linked with me via the refer a friend and I was curious if he does the scroll will it override my RaF free month and mount or will I and his friend both receive a free month when he does his 2 month resub using the scroll?

I asked him to hold off until I got a clear cut answer as I really want that 2 person rocket.

If the Scroll of Resurrection is used on your son's account it will give him 10 days of credit which will allow him to play and access Burning Crusade content. If your son decides to continue playing and selects a subscription plan that subscription will not be applied until after the time on the account expires.

Note that if a game card is used that time is applied immediately and qualify the Recruiting account for whatever subscription benefits that are available.
