CE Pet question

Hi! I'm transferring one of my toons from my existing account to an older one that I'm going to start up again. That older one has the CE for WoW and WotlK on it. Will that transferred character be able to get those pets?

Also one more question while I'm at it: I'm trying to do the Scroll of Rez on the old account (the last used date was in 2009) but it keeps saying "Account must be inactive for at least 90 days". I recently merged both accouts in Battle.net, so is it mistaking my current account for the old one I'm trying to rez? (I changed the email for the older one but same thing).

Wrath of the Lich King accounts are unable to accept a Scroll of Resurrection at this time, Mendhi.

If this happens to change in the future try sending the invitation using a character name and realm on the inactive account, if possible.
