Wow armoury app problem

Hi,

After the WoW armory app was updated last month I am unable to create auctions or use the other remote ah features that I am paying for because the armoury app no longer allows me to copy an authenticator code from the battle net authenticator app. It prompts me to manually enter the code. By the time I've manually swapped apps and return to the auction that I'm trying to create, the log in times out and I can post my auction. Though the obvious solution would be to remove the authenticator from my battle net account, I don't want to do so.

I sent an email about this to Blizzard almost ten days ago and have yet to receive a response. I have reinstalled both the mobile armoury and authenticator applications to no avail. Can anyone here help me?

This is a known issue, Kuramori.
