Recruit a Friend Mount.

Hello,

I have done the recruit-a-friend thing with a friend who then bought the game and paid for 2 month of it.

So I am entitled to the in game mount.

Now I went to battle.net and claimed it and went my merry way. However something happened and i never received the mount in game.

Now what are the steps I have made from then ?

- first , ofcourse I send in a GM ticket after waiting patiently for a couple hours ( I thought maybe there was server lag) as reply I was told to contact Billing.

- then as mentioned by the GM , I contacted billing through e-mail , a kind person tried to help me and we coresponded a few e-mails , the last one was made by him/her monday asking me to give my phone number (callback number it was called) which i did, I waited for 24 hours to be ....called back but alas no luck.

- then tuesday since It was more then a day , after the servers were up ( I just wanted to confirm I still had no mount , as not to look like a fool. I called billing myself (expensive , I live in europe, but play on US servers with old time gaming friends) I was on the phone for 50 minutes (of which 20 in the queue to speak to somene). the person I spoke to was kind but saw the same thing I saw , and that I had claimed the moount , that I was entitled to it , and that all was done correctly on my end.
they gave me a solution , they would contact a GM (put in a ticket on my behalf) and that it would take 24 hours and I would be helped. sadly 24 hours passed and wednesday evening , still no mount.

- Slowly I was getting frustrated so I contacted a GM , this time throough the e-mail address [email protected] , not just because my GM ticket was getting long (to explain my issues) but to have a log of e-mails. I e-mailed them explaining the above , and I got another reply to contact billing. I replied telling them I already had done so ( I already mentioned it in my original e-mail so I dont know why they would just give me a standard letter back) . when I got my 2nd reply they said ok , change your battle.net account password , maybe this would world,

I was , ofcourse, sceptical , but followed instructions regardless. No luck tho sadly , and no mount came to me.
In the e-mail in which they told me to change my pw they said to let them know how it went , which I did , when I told them it was unsuccessfull it felt as if they hadnt even looked at my ticket properly (I left all the old e-mails attached to my latest reply in case someone else answers it and thus has no knowledge of the previous tickets) because this GM send me ... once again to billing.


So now I come here , hoping , praying to whichever wow deity you guys support , that you guys can help me.

Clearly I shoould be getting the moount , you can track that , and clearly you guys can see I dont have it yet... so please can this actually get solved ?
