Grant A Level!!

I got 2 accounts, 18 mage: the veteran account, and 75 DK: the linked account. 1 weeks ago i was granted 3 levels to my mage char, but why i cant grant any more levels to my mage account?? the "grant a level" option is in grey.

You earn 1 level to grant for each two levels you gain on a character, Orangé. The character granting a level has to be on the new account and the level of the character has to be higher than your mage. Keep in mind that you stop earning levels to grant at level 60.

What character did you use when you granted the first three levels and what character are you attempting to use to grant a level now?
