Upgrading account

ok so i did raf to level fast and now when i try and upgrade the account it says an error and cannot process. However, i went to manage games to buy wow thinking i would be upgrading it that way, then it goes through and its not under the trial account but now a new account.. So i basically bought a separate account and it wont let me pay to upgrade the real one. This sucks lol, can someone help me? By the way ive upgraded my other account with the exact same information and credit card so i dont know why theres a problem.

The good news is that it can be fixed, Muafasa. Unfortunately the bad news is we can't fix it via forums. You will need to contact our billing and account services team during their business hours.
