CD Key Question

Ok this maybe a bit confusing but I will try to explain it as best as I can.

When you a WoW account with a Standard CD key (ex: WoW, BC, WotLK) and you upgrade one of those to a Collectors Edition they give you back the Standard Edition to reuse (since you did buy two copyrighted CD Keys.)

Now heres my question: Can you downgrade from Collectors Edition to Standard Edition?

Why do I ask?

I have two accounts. One has the Original WoW Collectors Edition . and the other account has the Original WoW Standard Edition plus BC and WotLK Collectors Editions. What I would like to do is ether buy a new standard key or trade it with my other account's Standard key for the account that has the Original WoW Collectors Edition. So I can have my one account have all the Collectors Editions on it.

Has anyone done anything like this? Any thoughts?

Unfortunately that's not possible, Adobe.

CD keys cannot be swapped or traded between accounts and the account cannot be downgraded.

You would need to get a hold of a collectors edition key for that specific account.
