So I had a slight heart attack when I went to log into WoW and realized that my PW had been changed, This was double scary since I have an Authenticator and had no idea how they could have passed that . I immediately went to recover my battle.net account and got a new PW, Once my Anti Virus and Spybot scans are complete I also plan on changing my account email address. So I log into WoW expecting to see my characters naked and thankfully everyone appears to be fully clothed. So maybe the authenticator stopped them there? Or was this a freeze on my account because I recently spent ALOT of money on transferring characters thus sending up a red flag for yall? A Blue post would really be appreciated.

Based on what I can see, Anistallia, there was a password reset completed by exploitive party. This means that not only were they able to request a password reset, but they were also able to complete it. In order to complete a password reset, access to the registered e-mail account is required. Luckily the authenticator on your account should help prevent any unauthorized access.

In this case I would recommend you again scan your computer with one the following programs:
After scanning your computer you will want to change your personal e-mail account password, battle.net e-mail and password.
