Dentarg Made a PvE Server

I was very disappointed to hear that the server I originally started on, Dentarg, was changing to a PvE server. As a result I had heard that free transfers were being given to people who wanted to go to a PvP server. I thought this was a good idea but was shocked there was not an option of transferring to a server you have other characters on. Alteric Mountains has become my main server which I have 2 80's on. I have a 73 hunter remaining on Dentarg that I would have liked to transfer to Alteric Mountains. When inquiring about a transfer to Alteric Mountains I was told it was horde only and if I wanted to transfer to a PvP server then I had to go to one of two random servers I have never heard of and dont have characters on. How is this service? You change my server to PvE and then provide me with limited options. All I want to do is transfer a character to a server that posseses my main characters. As a customer of over 5 years I am extremely disappointed and wonder sometimes if you are even listening to your customers when you cant grant simple, easily explainable requests.

I am sorry for what inconvenience this may cause you, Geobiz, but when Free Character Moves are offered they are generally set up for only a few realms. This allows us to move characters to realms that could benefit from an influx of players.

We are unfortunately unable to offer Free Character Moves to realms that you may have other characters on or you may know people. If you wish to move to a realm outside of the listed realms that only option currently available would be to take advantage of our Paid Character Transfer service.

Which realms are converted as well as what options are introduced are not determined by In-Game Support though. If you wish to provide feedback regarding this change and the options available to you please post in the Suggestion forum where our Developers can review your post.
