Help when dead?

ok, so i died in a dungeon and when i was a ghost i had to log out. When i logged back in later, i couldnt get to my body and there is NO spirit healer ANYWHERE that can find. it really really sucks, and my body is waaaaaaaaaaaaay up in Ashenvale (i think) and im aaaallllllll the way in Sen'Jin Village :(
