Lift forum ban?

If we get enough signatures on a petition is there a way to reopen the case of a perma-forum ban on someone?

Several weeks ago the most loved forum goer on Aggramar was perma-banned for essentially anti-trolling an off server troll who didn't even belong on our server forums.

He has kept the Aggramar forums a place to enjoy, and with his forum ban the forum community has started to dwindle.

Blizzard, Aggramar is a vanilla release server with a strong community of players with active posters who have been there for 4-6 years.

I am here as the Official Unofficial Self-proclaimed Deputy Mayor of Aggramar to plead for his case to be reopened for further review and a possible lifting of his forum ban. I will provide for you 500 separate account signatures, or as many as I can get before a thread locks out.

He is Fizzyl of Aggramar.

Thank you,
Requinix

Who is everyone?

Taken from the Forum Guidelines: (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=26137536017&sid=1&pageNo=1#1).

Petition posts are frowned on. This is a discussion forum. Petition threads do not contain much discussion instead, a petition is usually page after page of /signed. This is not constructive. If you have an issue with the game, please discuss it in a civil fashion. There are other places on the Internet to form online petitions.

"Everyone involved" means anyone that is /sign(ing) the petition is breaching out forum policies, and may be actioned accordingly. Which may mean that they are subject to a suspension, Requinix. If you do have questions regarding forum moderation, please contact the Moderation Team at: [email protected].

I suppose I will see if he has attempted that or not.

I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask based on how incredibly awesome this person was to the well-being of the server's forums.

I'm glad you took the time to inquire before taking action, Requinix. :0)
