European creditcard number not valid?!

hello!

I hope this is the right place for my problem.
Im living in central europe and play on the US servers since day1. I always used the gametimecard option to play but now I decided a payment with creditcard would be nice. I also wanna transfer a toon.

So I logged on account page and did all the steps for a subscripiton and a caracter transfer, BUT it always tells me "invalid credit card number" even I checked it couple times.

Now my question: Are europen credit cards not working at all?

I would be really happy if someone could help me. Internet searching was useless. Also the FAQ didnt help me with my specific problem.

All major credit cards with a Master Card or Visa logo should be fine, Trifftnix. Your best option would be to contact our billing and account services directly.

Make sure you have verified:

Card holder's First and Last name
Full Card Number
Security Code
Prepaid cards will not always work
